Self Pay at SVH

Patients who are uninsured or do not provide us with adequate billing information are responsible for the full payment of their bill.

If you had insurance at the time of your hospital visit and you believe it was not billed, please contact us with your insurance information (insurance policy name and mailing address, subscriber name, group number, and ID number) by calling 207.487.4020 or visiting our office in the Dow Building on the SVH Medical Center campus at 447 North Main Street in Pittsfield during regular business hours

If you are responsible for a bill from SVH and are interested in paying your bill online, please click here to access our secure online bill payment site. If your current circumstances make it impossible for you to pay your bill in full, SVH has established guidelines for short-term payment plans. We will also provide Free Care to patients who meet criteria based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
