Gastroenterology (Liver and Digestive Diseases)

Gastroenterology or gastrology is concerned with digestive diseases and disorders, disorders of the esophagus, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and other diseases or conditions that relate to the stomach and esophagus. Some of the signs and symptoms of gastroenterological diseases include constipation, heartburn, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
